FP77 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Introduction

Welcome to fp77 — Bangladesh's dedicated online sports betting and gaming platform. fp77 is operated under an international gaming licence and provides sports betting, live casino, and online gaming services to eligible players via fp77.app.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and fp77 ("the Company", "we", "us"). 02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one fp77 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. False information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must notify fp77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• fp77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification is complete.

fp77 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Payments

fp77 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your fp77 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 BDT.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• fp77 does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact fp77 support with your transaction reference number.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from fp77 are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all players without exception.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification.
• fp77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in the player's own name.

If a withdrawal is not received within 2 hours of approval, please contact fp77 support with your withdrawal reference. fp77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

fp77 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. The standard rollover is 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. Unused bonuses expire after the stated validity period.
• fp77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found abusing the bonus system — including through multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will have bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on fp77 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as sport-specific rules applicable to each market. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any market before placing a bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed. fp77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• fp77 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system errors, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. fp77 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market.
• fp77 reserves the right to limit the stake size of any player at its discretion.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned as the original stake amount.

For casino games, all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). fp77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on request.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fp77. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one fp77 account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings from exploited errors will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use fp77 for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

fp77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

If your account is suspended, fp77 will notify you by email. You may appeal a suspension by contacting fp77 support. During an investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation concludes in your favour, full access will be restored promptly.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting fp77 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
